 ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Waiter in the Pool & Beach area is responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests in a relaxed and sophisticated pool and beach environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

 


Your day to day

 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Service:

- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Taking and processing food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Providing recommendations on menu items and responding to guest inquiries.

- Ensuring that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the pool and beach area.

 

• Food & Beverage Service:

- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

- Presenting all food and drink items in a visually appealing manner.

- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the menu and specials to effectively communicate with guests.

- Handling special requests and dietary restrictions with care and professionalism.

 

• Operational Efficiency:

- Preparing and setting up the pool and beach area for service, including arranging tables, chairs, and umbrellas.

- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area.

- Ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.

- Assisting with the replenishment of supplies and stock as needed.

 

• Health & Safety Compliance:

- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

- Following proper hygiene practices and maintaining a clean and tidy appearance.

- Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager.

 

• Team Collaboration:

- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service.

- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management to address any issues or special requests.

- Assisting with training new team members as required.

 

• Guest Feedback:

- Actively seeking feedback from guests to ensure their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Reporting guest feedback and suggestions to management to help improve service quality.
