Your day to day
· Greet and welcome guests warmly
· Manage appointment bookings and cancellations
· Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
· Check-in clients and confirm treatment details
· Communicate guest preferences to therapists
· Upsell treatments and spa packages
· Promote and sell retail spa products
· Handle billing, payments, and receipts
· Maintain client records and treatment history
· Keep the reception area clean and organized
· Prepare daily schedules and reports
· Coordinate with spa therapists and housekeeping
· Ensure a calm, relaxing ambiance at the front desk
· Monitor stock levels of retail and reception supplies
· Follow spa hygiene and safety standards
What we need from you
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a guest-facing role (spa or hospitality preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and wellness terminology
- Sales skills for promoting treatments and retail products
- Comfortable with booking software and basic computer systems
- Ability to handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Well-groomed and presentable at all times
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a serene spa environment
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality
