Your day to day
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
Guest Service Excellence: Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and promptly, and that their dining experience exceeds expectations from arrival to departure.
Staff Training & Development: Train new employees, provide ongoing development opportunities, and ensure that team members are knowledgeable about the menu, services, and guest expectations.
Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, including setting up dining areas, managing reservations, and handling guest seating arrangements.
Quality Control: Monitor service standards, food quality, and guest satisfaction to ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally.
Inventory & Stock Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring all supplies (menus, utensils, etc.) are stocked, and that the restaurant is prepared for service.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
What we need from you
- Presentable personality and hospitality traits
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and team management.
