Your day to day
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Representative to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role, based in Mississauga, is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships, drive revenue, and make a meaningful impact within a competitive market. You’ll be empowered to hunt for new business, grow existing accounts, and represent our hotels with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses
· Research and identify new opportunities within the assigned market to maximize occupancy and revenue
· Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals
· Accurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly reports
· Represent the hotel at tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings to increase visibility and market share
What we need from you
Qualifications
· 1–3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience (hospitality or travel industry experience is an asset)
· A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge is an asset)
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed
What we offer
Contract Details
· Term: 6 months (possibility of extension or permanent role)
· Salary: $40,000-$45,000
· Start Date: Immediate
