voco Monaco Dubai is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager – Parties & Entertainment to lead the marketing strategy for our high-energy entertainment, social events, and party experiences on The World Islands. This role is responsible for building brand visibility, driving guest engagement, and ensuring our entertainment offerings stand out as signature lifestyle experiences in Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene.


Your day to day

Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan focused on entertainment, nightlife, and social experiences.

Partner closely with the social media team to leverage platforms, influencers, digital storytelling and community engagement to build anticipation, drive attendance, and sustain visibility.Integrate digital, print, PR, OOH, and partnership activations to position voco Monaco Dubai as the premier party and entertainment destination.

Brand Management & Storytelling

Shape and maintain the visual identity and tone of voice for entertainment offerings across all touchpoints.

Craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse local and international audiences, enhancing emotional connection and brand affinity.

Content & Social Media Management

Work with social and creative teams to develop engaging content, behind-the-scenes features, artist spotlights, and guest-driven experiences.

Oversee content calendars, engagement strategies, and performance reviews to grow vibrant online communities.

Digital Marketing

Collaborate with the digital team on paid media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, CRM initiatives, and website content.

Support targeted promotions, exclusive offers, and digital activations to drive conversion and audience growth.

Guest Experience Touchpoints

Ensure all guest communication—web, app, pre-event notifications, F&B systems—reflects consistent and elevated messaging.

Align marketing outputs with operational teams to create seamless guest journeys from discovery to attendance.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, performers, promoters, and media outlets.

Serve as key liaison between internal teams (digital, PR, F&B, sales, events) to ensure integrated strategies and clear alignment.

Problem-Solving & Agility

Anticipate challenges and develop creative, solution-oriented approaches to maintain momentum in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Adapt strategies quickly based on market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape.

 


What we need from you

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within nightlife, live entertainment, festivals, performing arts, or lifestyle hospitality
  • Experience collaborating across digital, PR, F&B, sales, and events teams.
  • Strong storytelling capabilities and deep understanding of social content strategy.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder and partnership management.
  • Creative, trend-aware, and passionate about culture, entertainment, and guest experiences.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through event attendance or ticket sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience launching new entertainment concepts, shows, or events is a plus.
