We are a 62-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in the vibrant and beautiful West Palm Beach area. As a small, hands-on team, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and personalized guest experience. Our property is supported by a dedicated California-based operations team, ensuring we have the resources and expertise to thrive in a competitive market.
Our ownership is deeply involved and passionate about hospitality, working closely with both our property and our nearby sister hotel—just 15 minutes away. As our hotel continues to grow, so does our portfolio, and we’re excited to invest in the right leadership. We’re looking to develop an exceptional General Manager who is ready to grow alongside us and help shape the future of our brand.
Your day to day
We’re on the lookout for true leaders. We need a new General Manager to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximising financial returns, driving people development and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Developing programmes and initiatives to increase team engagement and achieve against performance and development goals
● Maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards – collaborating with colleagues to exceed guest expectations
● Building relationships with guests and external contacts such as current and potential clients, government officials, travel industry representatives, suppliers and local communities
● Leading annual capital, cash flow and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets
● Driving revenues, future profitability and maximum return on investment
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration preferred
• Three to five years’ prior hotel management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience required may vary based on the size and complexity of the operation
• Must speak fluent English
• Other languages preferred (Spanish & Creole)
