Your day to day

First impressions matter — and last impressions matter just as much. To ensure our guests enjoy seamless, personalized, and memorable stays at any hour, we’re looking for a Front Desk Agent with a strong focus on Night Audit. Someone who delivers exceptional service, operates with precision during overnight hours, and serves as the calm, reliable presence guests can count on while the hotel sleeps.

What You’ll Be Doing

🌙 Night Audit Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and secure overnight operation, safeguarding the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of all guests.
  • Complete the full nightly audit process, reconciling transactions, reviewing daily activity, balancing charges, and closing the business day accurately.
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for all hotel departments.
  • Welcome and assist late arrivals, resolving any issues or requests throughout the night with professionalism and autonomy.
  • Monitor hotel security by following safety protocols and conducting rounds when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary overnight contact for guest needs, emergencies, and inquiries.

☀️ General Front Desk Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, authentic welcome that sets the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Recognize and appreciate IHG One Rewards members and returning guests, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage reservations, modifications, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Process payments and billing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and proactive service.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for any inquiries, billing questions, or local suggestions.

Who You Are

You’re someone who combines a genuine passion for hospitality with analytical skills, responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You understand that at night, the hotel needs a host, an auditor, and a guardian — all in one.


What we need from you

● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
● Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
● Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
● Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
