Your day to day
● Creating memorable experiences for our guests providing the warmest of welcome;
● Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone offering personalized service;
● Providing a smooth and engaging check-in & check-out experience;
● Handling cash and generic cashier duties;
● Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;
● Being our guests main point of reference during the stay, creating a relationship of trust;
● Reporting to Front Office Manager.
What we need from you
● Excellent communication skills;
● Preferred previous experience within similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands.
● Problem-solving approach;
● Ability to perform under pressure and maintain a positive attitude despite the circumstances;
● Fluency in Italian & English language (extra language would be preferred);
● Familiarity with Opera PMS;
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
