Your day to day
We are seeking to hire an experienced Supervisor for our Food and Beverage outlets. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Duties Include:

Under direction of the Food and Beverage Manager, ensure F&B outlets are supervised on a daily basis.

Assist with associates work schedules as needed.

Be the direct point of contact for all F&B associates.

Perform opening or closing duties when needed.

Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all F&B activities and operations

Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly

Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
-
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team

Ensure compliance of brand standards
-
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationship

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Other duties as assigned
What we need from you
Qualifications:
-
1+ years supervisory experience
-
2+ years full-service restaurant experience as a server or bartender
-
Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required
-
Good knowledge of F&B operations, including bar and In-room Dining
-
Current Food Handlers and MAST permit, or willing to obtain one within 14 days of hire
-
Experience working in Micros or Simphony system preferred but not required.

Compensation: $28.00-$30.00/hour
