Your day to day

• ·         Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out

   

  ·         Escort guests to rooms and provide personalized room orientation

   

  ·         Handle unpacking/packing, garment pressing, and shoe polishing

   

  ·         Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests

   

  ·         Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experience

   

  ·         Serve in-room dining, beverages, and arrange private setups

   

  ·         Ensure rooms are clean, well-stocked, and tailored to guest preferences

   

  ·         Maintain butler pantry inventory and amenities

   

  ·         Collect and update guest preferences for future stays

   

   

  ·         Upsell hotel services and enhance guest satisfaction

What we need from you

·         1–2 years experience in a similar luxury hospitality role

·         Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred

·         Excellent communication, etiquette, and service skills

·         Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

·         High attention to detail, discretion, and guest care

·         Well-groomed and professional appearance

·         Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
