Your day to day
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Beach Club & Nightclub Manager to lead the operations of Urban Sugar and Latitude. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hospitality expertise, nightlife and beach club experience, and strong business acumen to elevate both venues as premier lifestyle destinations.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the beach club and nightclub, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth execution.
- Curate and implement high-energy guest experiences aligned with brand identity.
- Coordinate entertainment, DJ bookings, themed events, and activations that drive traffic and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements (liquor licensing, noise, etc.).
- Revenue & Commercial Strategy
- Drive top-line revenue through event planning, upselling, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the F&B and marketing teams to create campaigns that boost occupancy and footfall.
- Optimize table packages, VIP sales, bottle service, and reservation strategies.
- Analyze performance reports and P&L statements to make data-driven decisions.
What we need from you
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in high-volume, high-profile nightlife or beach club venue
- Proven track record in driving revenue and brand growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of luxury nightlife, beach club culture, and guest expectations
- Experience with entertainment programming and event planning
- Familiar with reservation and POS systems (e.g., SevenRooms, Micros, OpenTable)
- Creative and business-savvy mindset
Preferred Background:
- Experience with brands like Nikki Beach, White, Soho Beach, or Cove Beach
- Exposure to UAE nightlife/beach club scene or similar international markets
- Existing network of entertainers, DJs, promoters, or nightlife talent is a plus
