Your day to day
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the purchasing and accounts departments,
- Daily enter the key data of financial transactions in database,
- Process invoices and expenses reports accurately,
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records,
- Reconcile accounts in timely manner,
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies,
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
What we need from you
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as Stock keeper or Accounts payable clerk
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports,
- Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
