Your day to day
- フロントデスクマネージャーのサポート業務の管理・監督
- ゲスト対応およびクレーム処理
- フロントスタッフトレーニング、シフト管理
- 予約管理システムの操作および管理
- 他部門との連携・調整
- 日次・月次レポートの作成をサポートする
What we need from you
応募資格:
- 高校または専門学校卒業以上（ホテル経営、ホスピタリティ関連の学位があれば尚可）
- ホテル業界での5年以上の経験（チームリーダー経験優遇）
- 新規オープンホテルでの勤務経験者優遇
- ホスピタリティーマインド
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- リーダーシップ力
- 日本国籍または就労ビザのある方
