Food & Beverage Team Leader - Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Supervision

• Oversee daily restaurant and service operations
• Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods
• Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards

2. Guest Service

• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
• Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally
• Engage with guests to enhance dining experience

3. Team Management

• Supervise, train, and motivate F&B associates
• Conduct daily briefings and assign duties
• Monitor team performance and grooming standards

4. Service Standards

• Ensure adherence to IHG / Holiday Inn Express SOPs
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ensure proper service etiquette and sequence of service

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen team for timely food service
• Work with housekeeping and engineering for maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure proper communication between departments

6. Inventory & Control

• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and service equipment
• Minimize wastage and control costs
• Assist in ordering and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in F&B service
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
