Duties and Responsibilities
FINANCIAL RETURNS
Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret and disseminate company directive.
PEOPLE
Ability to train team members (beverage training/service training)
Train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events.
Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
Must be able to coach and counsel associates during shift.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Ensure the restaurants maintain a first class and positive visual impact.
Ensure that the unique services of the restaurant are well maintained by doing table checks.
Respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest requests and complaints.
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
Act as a member of the hotel’s internal committee.
Perform various additional duties as needed.
Will be responsible for opening and closing procedures of the outlets.
Exceptional organizational skills with devout attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs.
Act as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer service, vendor, or maintenance issues.
Incorporate loss prevention and safety messages into daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Salary Range: $27 - $32
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant supervisor experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred. Must speak fluent English.
Experience in a Union environment.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
Moving about the outlet(s)
Handling objects, products
Bending, stooping, kneeling

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork, ordering, interpreting results, and giving and receiving instructions.
Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
