Job Scope

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team! If you love delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and creating memorable dining experiences, this role is for you.

As a key part of our F&B leadership team, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our restaurants, bars, and banquet venues, while inspiring your team to go above and beyond for every guest.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supervising day-to-day F&B operations and ensuring excellent service in all outlets.
  • Leading by example – stepping in to take guest orders, serve tables, and support the team during peak times.
  • Supporting the training, coaching, and development of service staff.
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Assisting in shift planning, stock control, and daily reports.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What we need from you

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in food and beverage operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant and banquet service.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach and assist in service when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
