We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead our F&B operations, inspire our team and deliver outstanding service across all guest touchpoints.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing F&B team
  • Driving service excellence in line with voco and IHG brand standards
  • Managing labour, stock, costs and budgets
  • Driving revenue initiatives and upselling opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with WH&S, HACCP and IHG policies
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and loyalty engagement

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory/management experience in Food & Beverage
  • Diploma in Hotel Management (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for service
  • RSA, RSG and Senior First Aid certified
  • Commercially minded with strong operational capability
