We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead our F&B operations, inspire our team and deliver outstanding service across all guest touchpoints.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing F&B team
- Driving service excellence in line with voco and IHG brand standards
- Managing labour, stock, costs and budgets
- Driving revenue initiatives and upselling opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with WH&S, HACCP and IHG policies
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and loyalty engagement
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory/management experience in Food & Beverage
- Diploma in Hotel Management (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for service
- RSA, RSG and Senior First Aid certified
- Commercially minded with strong operational capability
