岗位职责:

1.具备指定餐厅的服务全面知识。

2.了解集团和酒店的各项标准及规定,并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。

3.确保个人仪表和行为符合酒店标准。

4.确保服务符合酒店的基本标准和标准程序,为客人服务之前,事先检查质量、外观、食品温度、酒水、服务等情况,在为客人提供服务前后,检查部门的卫生清洁情况。

5.检查部门用品的库存量,为确定每日申请量做好准备。

6.在服务当中征求客人的反馈意见,确保令客人满意。

7.确保员工了解并使用酒店有关消防和生命安全、紧急事件的程序。

8.其他。

岗位要求:
1.2年及以上国际联号酒店相关工作经验。

2.具备良好的沟通能力以及问题解决能力。

3.具有良好的服务意识。
