- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s dining and bar offerings.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to improve guest experience and revenue.
- Align restaurants & bars operations with the hotel's brand positioning and business goals.
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurants and bars, ensuring service excellence.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, set revenue targets, and implement pricing strategies.
- Drive sales through promotions, upselling initiatives, and innovative dining experiences.
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with the marketing team to promote dining venues through digital campaigns and events.
- Develop creative F&B concepts, seasonal menus, and special promotions to attract guests.
- Strengthen the hotel’s reputation as a top dining and nightlife destination.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits and training to uphold industry best practices.
- Manage supplier relationships to secure high-quality ingredients and beverages at optimal costs.
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and waste management to enhance efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience in restaurants & bars operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality industry.
- Strong ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to maximize profitability.
- Experience in creating and executing F&B marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
- A passion for fine dining, luxury service standards, and guest-focused hospitality.
