A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets (Restaurant, Bar, and In-Room Dining)

● Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed Food & Beverage hospitality professionals

● Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them

● Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

 What We need from you:

 ● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field 

● 3+ years’ Food & Beverage experience, including management experience. Experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable. 

● Must speak local language 

● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.

The annual pay rate for this Exempt role is $60,000. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Houston, Texas.

This is the starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more or less than the posted rate, and the rate may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
