Food & Beverage Manager Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, energetic, and forward-thinking Food & Beverage Manager to become a key part of our leadership team. If you can balance warmth and fun with professionalism and sophistication—while leading with inclusivity and inspiring your team to achieve excellence—then this role is made for you.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Enhance and elevate the dining experience across all outlets, ensuring innovation and consistency.
  • Review and refresh menus and wine lists regularly to stay aligned with guest preferences and culinary trends.
  • Promote a cost-conscious culture by delivering continuous training and education to your team.
  • Drive profitability by meeting revenue targets, preparing forecasts, and managing both F&B and labor costs efficiently.
  • Collaborate on annual budgets and financial plans that support the resort’s broader strategic vision.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, financial, and brand regulations, including health, safety, and reporting standards.
  • Foster team engagement by implementing strategies that boost morale, motivation, and workplace harmony.
  • Uphold InterContinental brand standards, ensuring every guest experience reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations—or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in PMS and F&B management systems with a data-driven approach to operations.
  • A true passion for luxury hospitality and for crafting memorable, elevated dining experiences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic resort environment—availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
