Food & Beverage Internship - Kimpton Vividora Barcelona

Your day-to-day

•Assist with the daily preparation and set-up of the restaurant and bar areas.
•Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
•Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and equipment.
•Properly use work machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards and personal protective equipment.
•Ensure correct storage and labeling of food and beverages in the appropriate areas.
•Report any needs for replenishing stock or products for the next service.
•Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
•Comply with the hotel's sustainability and environmental policies.
 

What we need from you

•Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
•Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably.
•Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable.
•Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish.
•Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for food & beverage area.
