Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly
Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth dining operations
Handle guest inquiries and feedback with care and professionalism
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and dining areas
Uphold Crowne Plaza and IHG brand standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role (hotel or fine dining experience preferred)
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Bangla and English
Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
