Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus, beverage lists, and buffet tags.
- Manage restaurant reservations, emails, and special requests.
- Oversee food presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Record and report guest feedback to improve service levels.
- Handle timekeeping records, including OT, AL, and PH.
- Raise purchase requests and manage daily worksheets.
- Provide operational support during busy periods.
- Submit and follow up on work orders with relevant departments.
- Attend and contribute to weekly F&B meetings
Requirements:
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards.
- Knowledge of F&B operations and guest preferences.
- Positive attitude and adaptability under pressure.
- Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
