Food & Beverage Coordinator - Six Senses Con Dao

Responsibilities:

• Create and update menus, beverage lists, and buffet tags.
• Manage restaurant reservations, emails, and special requests.
• Oversee food presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Record and report guest feedback to improve service levels.
• Handle timekeeping records, including OT, AL, and PH.
• Raise purchase requests and manage daily worksheets.
• Provide operational support during busy periods.
• Submit and follow up on work orders with relevant departments.
• Attend and contribute to weekly F&B meetings

Requirements:

• Knowledge of F&B operations and guest preferences.
