Job Scope

As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage department. You will ensure smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between outlets, management, and other departments. Your role will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the overall success of the F&B operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting the Manager of Food & Beverage and Outlet Managers with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Preparing departmental reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action plans.
  • Maintaining records of training, licenses, and compliance documents.
  • Supporting in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and special functions.
  • Handling internal communication between F&B, Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments.
  • Ensuring departmental compliance with IHG and local regulations.

What we need from you

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or administration in a hotel/resort environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Opera, Micros, etc. is an advantage).
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality.
