As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring high service standards.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and elegance.
- Maintain product knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist with setting up dining areas for events, functions, or special occasions.
- Support the team in handling guest feedback with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Uphold the brand’s luxury service values at all times.
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar F&B or customer-facing role (luxury hotel experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional conduct.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
