At Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, every guest steps into a local story. Set in the heart of the Adelaide Central Market, we’re Australia’s first Hotel Indigo—a boutique space built for curious travellers and locals alike.

With 145 design-led rooms, Market & Meander (Modern Italian) and our Merrymaker Rooftop Bar, we’re all about food, culture, and connection. We’re currently also hosting the immersive Le Petit Chef dining experience—where storytelling takes centre stage (literally).

We’re looking for someone who brings great energy, loves people, and thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. This role will be a Part time Role at HIGA Level 3

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth
  • Know your stuff – menu, drinks, service style, promotions
  • Deliver standout service with your own personality
  • Prepare and serve drinks (coffee, cocktails, everything in between)
  • Handle payments accurately
  • Work closely with kitchen and events teams to keep service seamless

  • Confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Passion for Adelaide’s food, wine, and local scene
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Positive, motivated, team-first mindset
  • RSA + Safe Food Handling certificates
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
