Food & Beverage Assistant (Multi-Skilled)

Are you flexible, service-oriented, and eager to grow in hospitality? We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant (Multi-Skilled) who can adapt across different outlets and service styles while delivering warm, efficient, and professional guest service.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Providing friendly and professional food & beverage service across restaurants, banquets, room service, bar, or café outlets as assigned.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and serving them promptly according to service standards.
• Setting up and clearing tables, buffets, and function areas efficiently.
• Assisting during breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, and banquets as required.
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of service areas at all times.
• Handling guest requests and basic service recovery with courtesy and professionalism.
• Following hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Supporting teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Assisting with side duties such as polishing cutlery, refilling stations, and stock checks.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Assistant / Waiter / Service Attendant is an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to work across multiple F&B outlets and service styles.
• Strong customer service mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
