Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, attentive, and personalized service across multiple F&B outlets.
Support restaurant, bar, lounge, banquets, and in-room dining operations as required.
Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and operational SOPs.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety practices within all service areas.
Assist in pre-opening setup including outlet readiness, OS&E placement, and service flow planning.
During post-opening, contribute to daily operations, guest engagement, and service excellence.
Upsell food and beverage offerings and maintain accurate billing processes.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets.
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of international hotel experience
Education: Diploma or Certification in Hospitality Management is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work across various F&B service areas.
A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Prior international hotel experience is essential.
