• Make corrective action on employees on the job conduct

• Make sure all the staff follows the SOP

• Coordinate with the front desk, the blocking of guestrooms for special or general cleaning purpose and ensure rooms are returned to operation.
• 客房大清洁或特殊清洁时,和前台协调封房,并且保证恢复后房间能重新投入营业

• Coordinate with the engineering department of all the emergency/late-cover orders that are not finished.
• 所有紧急事件和未完成的指示要和工程部协调

• Look into the training programs as far as weekly and monthly training plans and review with all assist housekeepers before implementation, with the approval of the Executive Housekeeper.

• Check all the staff attendance (for payroll control) and house occupancy to see whether manpower for each section is adequate or not.

• Check at least ten guestrooms per day.

• Check all VIP rooms including in-house and arrivals to ensure proper accommodations.

• Evaluate all the Housekeeping staff’s performance.

• Make random check in all floor linen rooms to see if they are up to required standards.

• Report to Executive Housekeeper any disciplinary action required.

• Handle all staff request and all personnel matter i.e. change of day-off etc.

• Make random check in all floor storerooms to see they are at par level.
• 随机检查所有楼层的储藏室看他们是否在同一水平

• Interview new staff during the absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• 当行政管家不在时面试新进员工

• Perform supervisor’s duties when needed.
• 需要时扮演监督者的角色

• To be in the hotel in the case of emergency.
• 紧急事件发生时留守酒店

• Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications –
学历
• High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• 高中或酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相当的大专学历。

Experience –
经验

• 3 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.
• 最好拥有在相似规模酒店3年客房工作经验,包括的管理经验。
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
