固定资产管理员负责管理酒店资产并保证会计集中核算。对各部门所提交的合同进行初步审批，确保合同符合店相关政策与法律法规，审查无误后递交合同进入审批流程并继续跟进直至合同审批完成并加盖公章。对用印申请进行登记管理。

技能要求：
具有代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力。
精通微软办公软件。
良好的写作技能。
学历 ：
最好具有会计，财务专业，酒店管理或相关领域的学士学位或大专学历。
经验 ：
1年相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
