1. 统筹财务运营体系搭建与优化，包括财务流程标准化、系统化及自动化建设，提升财务核算、资金管理、税务申报等环节的效率与合规性；
2. 负责月度/季度/年度财务结账、报表编制及经营分析，为管理层提供及时、准确、有洞察力的财务数据支持；
3. 管理应收应付、费用管控、预算执行监控及成本分析工作，推动业财融合，支撑业务决策与资源合理配置；
4. 组织财务内控体系建设与执行，配合内外部审计，确保财务操作符合《会计法》《企业会计准则》及公司治理要求。
1. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融或相关专业
2. 具备8年以上财务工作经验，其中至少3年财务运营、财务分析或财务共享中心管理等相关岗位管理经验；
3. 熟悉国家财税法规及企业会计准则，具备扎实的财务核算、资金管理、税务筹划及内控实务能力；
4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力与项目推动能力，能独立牵头流程优化与系统升级类项目；
5. 遵守职业道德与保密义务，无违法违规记录，认同企业价值观，具备高度责任心与职业操守。
