Finance Officer-Receivable| Holiday Inn Resort| Kathmandu| Budhanilkantha

As Finance Officer-Receivable your main duty is to keep proper record of all amounts due to the hotel from guest, as well as any sundry accounts (employees’ account). Balance all subsidiary accounts receivable ledgers to the appropriate control accounts.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Prepare daily accounts receivable workbook. Process daily front office interface posting along with restaurants/bar charges and other operating departments.
• Monitor the guest ledger, advance deposit ledger and any other related subsidiary ledgers, ensure proper internal control 
•  Follow up and resolve past due accounts and vendors invoices until full payment is received or resolved.
• Issues receipts for cash and cheques received from customers and credit card payment received directly to the bank.
• Wears uniform with pride and honor 
• Any other duties as assigned by the management 

What We need from you:

● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 

● Bachelor's in business studies/administration or any accounting related professional certification.

• Proficient in MS Office packages and other accounting software’s

● 2+ years total experience as A/Cs Receivable Officer in any hotel properties.

● Must speak local language(s)
