Female Fitness Instructor

Are you energetic, motivating, and passionate about helping others lead a healthy lifestyle? We are looking for a Female Fitness Instructor who inspires members and guests through professional training, positive energy, and exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Conducting one-on-one and group fitness sessions tailored to different fitness levels.
• Designing safe and effective workout programs based on individual goals and needs.
• Leading group classes such as cardio, strength training, stretching, aerobics, or similar formats.
• Providing guidance on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries.
• Motivating members to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
• Ensuring the fitness area and equipment are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assisting members with general wellness advice and fitness-related inquiries.
• Representing the hotel brand professionally while delivering outstanding guest service.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, preferably in a hotel, health club, or gym environment.
• Recognized fitness certification (Zumba, Aerobics, Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive, energetic, and motivational personality.
• Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises and workouts.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
