What’s the Job?

As a Guest Service Associate (F&B), you will ensure our restaurant and dining outlets are welcoming, clean, and efficient, providing guests with a fresh and enjoyable experience after a busy day. You will be the face of the brand in F&B service, creating a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for every guest.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Greet and welcome guests, taking food and beverage orders promptly and professionally.
  • Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages according to health and brand standards.
  • Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with hotel policies.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently; maintain cleanliness of restaurant, chairs, walls, windows, and floors.
  • Perform outlet opening and closing duties; keep service stations clean and stocked.
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions as per cash and charge procedures.
  • Take prompt action to resolve guest complaints/service issues using service recovery guidelines.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
What We Need From You
  • A passion for people and service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay on your feet for long hours and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous F&B/restaurant experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
