We are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Team Leader who brings energy, personality, and leadership to every shift.
The Role: Food & Beverage Team Leader (fulltime and part-time) - *please indicate on your application if you are applying for the FT or PT role.
This isn’t just a “supervisor” role – you will be the person your team looks to during service.
You will lead from the floor, set the pace, support your team, and make sure every guest leaves with a reason to come back.
What You will Be Doing
Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly from start to finish
Creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests and team alike
Supporting and developing team members on the floor
Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism
Preparing and serving beverages and food to a high standard
Managing POS and ensuring accurate financial handling
Working closely with management to drive service quality and efficiency
Maintaining high cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards
What You Will Bring
Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced F&B environment
A natural ability to connect with people - guests and team
Confidence leading a team and making decisions on shift
A hands-on approach – you are not afraid to jump in wherever needed
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
A current RSA
