We’re searching for an F&B Supervisor to support the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, lead our colleagues on the floor, and ensure consistently exceptional service experiences across our restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Supervising the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service
● Leading, coaching, and motivating F&B colleagues during each shift to deliver exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences
● Welcoming guests, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring guest needs and requests are attended to promptly and professionally
● Conducting pre-shift briefings and communicating daily operational requirements, promotions, events, and service standards to the team
● Coordinating closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Banquet, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless F&B operations
● Monitoring outlet setup, table presentation, cleanliness, service flow, and overall compliance with hotel standards
● Assisting with the planning and execution of banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events as required
● Monitoring stock levels, requisitions, equipment, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted service
● Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting F&B products and services to enhance guest satisfaction and departmental revenue
● Handling guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery situations professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate manager when required
● Assisting with colleague scheduling, attendance monitoring, training, and on-the-job coaching to support team performance
● Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, responsible alcohol service, and workplace standards as required by local regulations

What We need from you:

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred
● Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience within a hotel or hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and general Food & Beverage operations
● Good leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues effectively
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and guest service skills
● Ability to lead a team during busy operations while maintaining high service and quality standards
● Strong attention to detail and ability to respond positively to changing operational requirements
● Familiarity with hotel systems, F&B procedures, inventory control, and basic operational reporting preferred
● Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards as required by local regulations
