We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor with strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and upholds the highest standards of service excellence.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with IHG brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver authentic Lebanese dining experiences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP) are strictly followed.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Support inventory control, cost management, and stock requisitions.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and consistency.
  • Assist in achieving departmental targets related to guest satisfaction, revenue, and quality scores.

What do we need from you?

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an F&B Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
  • Specialized experience in Lebanese cuisine is essential.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of IHG standards, luxury service practices, or international hotel brands is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
