1、在服务运作上协助协助主管，组织安排人员准备运营所需的物品。
2、确保所有服务和存储区域保持安全，清洁和门锁的完好。
3、帮助减少浪费，破损及物品和设备的不正确使用。
4、检查客人的满意度和妥善处理的反馈于跟进。
5、始终保持一种积极的态度。
1、良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
2、有1年以上国际品牌酒店经验。
3、热爱本职工作，工作勤恳，认真负责，亲和力佳。
