1、对大堂吧经理负责，具体实施对大堂吧的日常营运管理工作。
2、负责制定大堂吧工作计划，并有效组织实施。
3、每日参与并检查、指导大堂吧工作执行情况，及时发现问题、处理问题并做好记录。
4、负责部门新员工培训和员工的在岗培训工作，确保员工的素质、技能符合岗位要求。
5、与餐饮部其他部门的有效协调和沟通，使工作顺利进行。
6、和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
1、酒店管理、旅游管理或酒水相关专业优先。
2、具有2年以上高星级酒店或餐饮场所大堂吧或类似岗位工作经验，具备一定的管理经验。
3、熟悉酒水知识、酒店餐饮服务流程，了解饮品制作及服务标准，具备良好的客户服务意识。
4、具备较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力和团队管理能力，能适应轮班工作安排。
5、诚实守信，责任心强，具备良好的职业素养和抗压能力。
