What You’ll Be Doing
Food & Beverage Service

Share menu recommendations, answer questions, and support guests with dietary needs.
Keep tables looking fresh and inviting throughout the dining experience.
Top up water, clear plates, and stay alert to guest needs during service.
Operational Support
Help set up and pack down service areas, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
Carry out opening and closing duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Handle payments, process bills, and manage cash accurately and responsibly.
Guest Experience
Respond to guest questions or concerns with a positive, calm, and solution-focused mindset.
Build genuine connections with guests to create personalised moments and encourage them to come back again.
Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in line with hotel and local regulations.
Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs quickly to keep service safe and smooth.
Teamwork
Work closely with teammates to deliver seamless service, even during busy shifts.
