Job Description
1.Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.
2.To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues of revenue stream on a monthly basis.
3.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which are reflected in achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins.
4.Maximises up-selling opportunities either independently or through other 3rd parties – organisations and association.
5.Derive action plans for sales executives of respective outlets to achieve and maximize revenue for each outlet.

Qualifications and Requirements
1.Minimum 2 year in hospitality industry at guests service or sales level and 1 year in similar capacity.
