We’re now seeking a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

Your Day to Day 

 Continuously elevate and rejuvenate the food & beverage experience across all outlets. 

• Regularly review and innovate menus and wine lists to ensure relevance and appeal. 

• Instill a cost-conscious culture through ongoing training and education. 

• Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare forecasts, and monitor and control F&B and labor costs to maximize profitability. 

• Participate in the preparation of annual departmental budgets and financial plans that align with the resort’s strategic objectives. 

• Ensure all operations comply with legal, financial, and brand requirements, including safety, reporting, and documentation standards. 

• Implement strategies to enhance team morale, engagement, and overall workplace harmony. 

• Uphold and ensure the InterContinental brand standards are consistently delivered, creating a cohesive and exceptional guest experience. 

What We Need From You 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred). 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and motivational skills. 

• Sound financial acumen and a strategic approach to operational management. 

• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and relevant F&B systems. 

• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences. 

• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic resort environment – due to the nature of our operations, you could be expected to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
