F&B Hostess

Do you have a warm personality and a passion for creating a welcoming first impression? We’re looking for an F&B Hostess who will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Greeting guests warmly, escorting them to tables, and presenting menus with genuine hospitality.

Managing reservations and waitlists, ensuring smooth table flow and maximum occupancy.

Coordinating with the service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hostess desk, menus, and entrance area.

Assisting with promotional activities and upselling where appropriate.

Following grooming standards, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury or 5-star environment is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle busy operations.

Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
