R&B Design & Partnership Manager (Emirati National Hire)

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Emirati-National to join our team as a Restaurant & Bar Design & Partnership Manager, based in our Dubai office and supporting the Director of R&B Design Partnerships.

As we expand our footprint of high‑profile dining concepts throughout the Middle East, we are seeking an Emirati professional to support the Food & Beverage Design & Partnerships function and help bring world‑class F&B concepts to life.

In this role you’ll work on multiple projects within our Luxury & Lifestyle hotels, engage with hotel owners, designers, consultants and projects, giving you a broad variety of experiences across our property portfolio.

 

What you’ll do

In this role, you will provide operational, analytical, and creative support to ensure our regional F&B projects are delivered with clarity, consistency, and excellence. 

  • Manage structured documentation and digital filing systems for multiple active and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain organised project records, including design submissions, concept decks, meeting notes, communications, and development milestones.
  • Refresh and modernise legacy documentation, transforming them into clean, professional, reusable templates.
  • Develop standard templates for strategy development, feasibility summaries, competitor reviews, site assessments, and design review processes.
  • Conduct regional and global benchmarking across dining concepts, bar formats, design trends, guest experience models, and luxury hospitality standards.
  • Compile market insights on luxury dining, consumer behaviour, and industry performance indicators to support early-stage concept creation.
  • Build and manage a centralised digital concept benchmark library categorised by cuisine, service style, and positioning.
  • Support internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and managing follow‑up actions.
  • Summarise feedback and project updates into clear, structured, presentation‑ready formats.

 

By the end of your first year, you will have supported the creation of a modernised documentation system, built a suite of strategy and design templates, built working benchmarking resources, and enhanced efficiency across the department.

 

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an Emirati professional with strong organisational skills, a structured mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality and design.

  • A hospitality, design, or related academic background.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capability, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • A passion for restaurant concepts, design development, and luxury guest experiences.
  • A detail‑oriented, proactive, and structured approach to work.
  • The ability to work independently under clear guidance while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing documentation for senior stakeholders.
