F&B Captain

Your Day to Day

As a Captain, you will assist the Outlets Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to providing exceptional service to our guests and visitors. You will promote the restaurant and other hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest experience.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
