We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant with experience in Lebanese cuisine to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is ideal for a service professional who takes pride in delivering warm, authentic hospitality while meeting international brand standards.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service in accordance with IHG brand standards
- Deliver authentic Lebanese dining experiences through strong product knowledge and guest interaction
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness, setup, and presentation of dining areas at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests, especially Arabic-speaking guests, to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely, escalating when necessary
- Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
