Sustainability Commitment

Out of the Ordinary Experiences

I will deliver “Out of the Ordinary” experiences that inspire, delight, and create meaningful stories. By blending innovation, surprise, authenticity, and thoughtful details, every guest interaction will be transformed into a memorable wellness journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clean and prepare equipment for activities or recreational events, ensuring amenities and setups are ready before scheduled activities.

• Check reservations, in-house guest counts, and VIP lists while coordinating with other departments for smooth operations and accurate bookings and billing.

• Conduct excursions and activities safely and efficiently, ensuring high service standards and providing accurate information about resort activities, gym rules, and equipment usage.

• Present activity options and schedules, suggest personalized experiences, and answer guest inquiries while maintaining effective communication with guests, team members, and supervisors.

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations and receive or provide constructive feedback.

• Report damages or excessive wear for repair or replacement and ensure all equipment is checked and collected at the end of each shift.

• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, contribute to team morale, and report punctually in proper uniform adhering to grooming and hygiene standards.

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and efficiency, adhere to department policies related to fire, hygiene, health, and safety, and complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Exhibit professionalism, enthusiasm, and motivation in all aspects of the role.

Responsible Business & Compliance

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

• First Aid training or firefighting skills is an advantage.

• Knowledge of how to swim

• Knowledge of hospitality operations, including emergency evacuation drills.

• Very good command over written and spoken English.

• A second spoken language would be preferred.

• Some activities require the lifting of recreational equipment

• Majority of activities conducted are outdoors.

• Secondary education required. A Hospitality degree from a recognized hospitality school or previous experience is preferred

• Two years or more of experience in a similar role

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
