•Lead the kitchen and stewarding teams by scheduling, training, supervising, and actively participating in food preparation when required.
•Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and cost control are consistently upheld.
•Support menu development, recipe creation, and planning of special events in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
•Ensure strict adherence to HACCP standards and all food safety and hygiene regulations across all kitchen operations.
•Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and stewarding areas, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and manage supply orders and inventory in coordination with Finance.
•Communicate effectively with guests, resolve complaints promptly and professionally, and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
•Collaborate closely with departments such as Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Finance to ensure seamless operations and effective teamwork.
•Delegate tasks appropriately, encourage professionalism, and support host training, performance evaluations, and internal development programs.
•Respond to operational needs and complete additional tasks assigned by the management team as required.
