全面负责饼房运营,牵头筹备、设备调试、团队搭建、甜品研发;
制定出品标准、菜单及烘焙流程,研发西点、甜品、甜品台产品;
管控食材成本、损耗及库存,保障品质与食品安全;
负责团队培训、考核,督导卫生及设备维保;
配合餐饮部完成甜品供应,优化品类
5年及以上高星级酒店饼房管理经验,精通西点、烘焙制作;
具备研发、成本管控能力;
良好的团队管理能力;
熟知食品安全规范,饼房筹备经验优先
